Description
Gymstick Power Sled – Strength and explosiveness for push and pull training
The Gymstick Power Sled is a sturdy training sled for developing strength, endurance and explosiveness. Effective pushing and pulling exercises challenge the whole body and add variety to functional training at gyms and to athletes′ physical training.
The heavy-duty steel frame and black powder-coated finish withstand tough use. The sled′s own weight of 51 kg already provides resistance, which is easy to increase with 50 mm weight plates loaded onto the central weight post. Four upright handles allow pushing from both ends without turning the sled, and a pulling rope or harness can be attached to the frame′s attachment loops.
All upright posts are removable, which makes storage and transport easier. The Gymstick Power Sled is suitable for heavy power pulls, short pushing sprints and heart-rate-raising circuit training. The adjustable load helps tailor the workout to users of different levels and to different goals.
