GRW Fusion Rower Black Charcoal

Gymstick GRW Fusion is a modern and stylish wooden-frame rowing machine that combines authentic water resistance with versatile magnetic resistance in one device. This combination makes rowing exceptionally natural while enabling precise resistance adjustment for different fitness levels.

The water resistance works like in a real rowing boat: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. Water creates a smooth, even, and flowing feel without jerky or mechanical response. The magnetic resistance adds 32 adjustable resistance levels, allowing training to be lightened or made significantly more challenging – suitable from beginners to active home exercisers.

Effective and Joint-Friendly Full-Body Workout
Rowing is one of the most effective forms of exercise, as it simultaneously activates the legs, glutes, back, core, shoulders, and arms.

The result is an effective workout combining endurance and muscle strength that burns plenty of energy while being low-impact exercise. Unlike running, rowing is easy on the joints, making the GRW Fusion excellent for those with joint problems, rehabilitation, and recovery training.

Bluetooth Connection and Interactive Training
Gymstick GRW Fusion is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the rowing machine to connect directly to training apps such as Kinomap and Zwift. The apps provide virtual routes, guided workouts, plus added motivation and tracking for your training.

The device also supports wireless heart rate monitoring with a Bluetooth heart rate strap (heart rate strap not included).

Clear LED Console and Easy to Use
The rowing machine′s LED display shows all essential training data clearly: time, speed, distance, calories, stroke rate (SPM), time/500m, heart rate, and stroke count.

Operation is made easy with a rotary control button that lets you navigate between different display modes effortlessly.

Sturdy Construction and Easy to Move
The combination of wooden frame and aluminum rails makes the GRW Fusion sturdy and stable even during intense training. The device supports up to 150 kg user weight.

Transport wheels make it easy to move the rowing machine aside after training. The device is not foldable, but its structure is designed to remain stable during use.

Who is Gymstick GRW Fusion suitable for?
•Home exercisers who want an authentic rowing feel
