Description
The Gymstick Olympic EZ Curl Bar is a high-quality, chrome-plated steel specialty bar designed specifically for targeted bicep and tricep training. The bar′s shaped EZ-curl design provides an ergonomic grip that makes training more comfortable and allows heavy weights to be handled safely. This 10-kilogram bar combines durability and professional-level features, delivering an optimal feel for both home gyms and commercial fitness facilities.
Reduce Wrist Strain with the EZ Curl
The specially shaped bar allows for a more natural wrist position during movement. Unlike training with a traditional straight bar, the EZ curl significantly reduces the torque and uncomfortable pressure placed on the wrists and forearms. This makes training more joint-friendly and helps direct the load precisely to the target muscle. Thanks to its design, the bar is excellent for a variety of movements, such as bicep curls, close-grip bench press, and skull crushers.
Quality Bearings and Solid Construction
The Gymstick Olympic EZ Curl Bar is made from durable chrome-plated steel and is built to withstand intensive use. The bar′s maximum load capacity is up to 200 kg, meeting the demands of even the most serious strength trainer. The bar features quality bearings that ensure smooth and friction-free rotation of the weight plates during movement. This reduces the moment of inertia and prevents the bar from twisting in the hands. The knurled grip surface ensures an optimal and secure hold in all conditions.
Standard Dimensions and Full Compatibility
The 120 cm bar is fitted with standard 50 mm ends (Olympic standard), making it fully compatible with all weight plates with a 50 mm inner diameter. The 28 mm grip thickness and 90.5 cm grip width provide a firm and balanced feel during training.
The Gymstick Olympic EZ Curl Bar is an excellent choice when you are looking for a durable, ergonomic, and professional solution for upper body strength training, without compromising on quality!
